Flying By To Say Happy Birthday

I have 3 birthday's in October and I needed to make more birthday cards. I seem to always need birthday cards more than anything.
I used some Tim Holtz water color paper. I applied some Chipped Sapphire distress ink all around the outer edges and then in the center I applied Dusty Concord distess ink. I took some water on my hand and splattered some water all over the paper and then took a paper towel to dry the spots. I put some perfect pears on my craft sheet and mixed it with some \water and put it on my paint brush and splattered it across the paper to give it some shine and to look a little like stars. I also took my Signo Uniball white pen and made a few small dots for some brighter stars.

For the circle I cut it out using MFT Die-namics and then I used Dried marigold on the circle. I thought it could use some other color so I used Rusty hinge to a few spots. I also splattered water on it.
I wanted some trees on the card so I found Mama Elephant Winter Wonderland has a birch tree and I used Versafine black ink. Some of them are 2nd generation stamped. I don't have any bats in my stamp stash so I just took the birds from the same stamp set and placed them on the card.

The mouse image is from Gerda Steiner Designs Challenge. I used a lot of markers to get the colors I wanted. I will list them all at the bottom . I used wink of stella clear to put on the cape and purple band of the hat. I used Zig 2 way glue to put the image on. Then for the whole front panel I use 3m foam tape and put it on some orange card stock.
The sentiments are from 2 different stamps. Flying by to say is from My Creative Time Fly away sentiments , Happy is from Simon Says Stamps Love this and  birthday is from Simon Says Stamp Happy stamps.

You're One Of A Kind

Wow! It took me all week to make this card. I was trying to make a shaker card but I couldn't get it the way I wanted it to so I decided on doing some water coloring. I used Distress Inks for the background and the digital image. I also added Perfect Pearls to the background. The image is Snoozing Puppy from Gerda Steiner Designs and I am entering this card into her August challenge.

Flying by to say Hi!

f For awhile now I have been wanting to do two tone stamping and I finally got around to it. 

Some butterflies turned out better than others. My favorite colors together are the blue and purple. 

I used some Simon says stamp ink pads and some Hero art inks to get the two tone to work with what colors I have. I used Versamark to stamp the saying from My creative time and white heat embossed with Hero arts white embossing powder.  

Birthday wishes

I'm out of birthday cards so I will be making a few.  I used Simon says stamp  I only have eyes for you stamp for the balloons. 

I used My Creative Time stamp Fun pockets for the pocket and sentiment.
